Rapper T.I. and his wife Xscape member Tiny can let out sighs of relief. The couple will not be charged in a sexual abuse case filed against them earlier this year.
It’s been reported the allegations from 2005 in which an unnamed woman alleges the couple drugged and sexually assaulted her. The statute of limitations in such cases as this is 10 years, which surpassed the time frame.
The Atlanta couples attorney, Shawn Holley, told Page Six on Friday, “Mr. and Mrs. Harris are pleased, but not surprised, by the District Attorney’s decision to dismiss these meritless allegations. We appreciate the DA’s careful review of the case and are grateful to be able to put the matter behind us and move on.”
